Can you do same-day changeovers?
Yes. A changeover clean happens between check-out and check-in. Tell us your times and the size of the property, and we check that we can do it in the gap.
Do you handle linen and laundry?
We strip the beds and make them up with the fresh linen you leave out. Ask us about laundry when you get a quote.
Do you restock toiletries and kitchen basics?
Yes, if you leave the supplies at the property. We top up toilet rolls, soap, tea and coffee, and we tell you when stock runs low.
How do you get in?
Most hosts use a key safe. We use the same one as your guests, or you can give us our own key.
Will you tell me about damage or missing items?
Yes. If we find damage or something missing, we message you the same day, before the next guests arrive.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Changeover days often fall at the weekend, so we work Saturdays and Sundays.
How much does holiday let cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of beds, linen and laundry, the turnaround time and how often you need us. Tell us about the property and we give you a price per changeover.
